Welcome to an Olive Grove Experience
Not just a place to rest your head at night but also a chance to step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax in our Olive Grove. Set in 2 and a half acres with over a 100 Olive Trees we invite our guests to wander round the Grove where there are various spots to sit and admire the stunning views that we enjoy here at Casa Phoenix.
Each room has it's own private Verandah where you can, if you choose to, enjoy your breakfast overlooking the sea. There is also a breakfast room the choice is yours.
There is also a BarBQ area and outdoor washing up area if you wish to prepare meals here.
We have an above ground swimming pool and sunloungers available for guests to use at no extra cost.
We are situated on a hillside overlooking the Adriatic Sea and the Tremiti Islands to one side and to the other the Maiella Mountains in Abruzzo. Its approximately a 10 minute walk to our very friendly and welcoming town, San Martino in Pensilis .Information and photos of our town can be found in the Gallery pages.
The bustling seaside town of Termoli is a 10/15 minute drive from us. There is also a regular bus service from San Martino to the bus station in Termoli where in August you can then get on the free beach shuttle bus which stops at all the Lido's along the Northern promenade. The sandy beaches are flat with the gentlest of gradual slopes taking you into the crystal clear waters, making it an ideal place for families with young children.....float in the warmth and gaze upon the snow capped Maiella Mountains or upon the intriguing Old Walled City of Termoli. From the Port it is possible to take the ferry to the glorious Islands of Tremiti
From Termoli you can take a bus or train to Rome or Naples, Milan or Venice. Here in Molise we are in a great position to explore other towns and cities as well as our neighbouring regions of Puglia and Abruzzo.
